The International Credit Protection


The International Credit Protection is the topic discussed in a roundtable organized by the Chieti’s International Chamber of Commerce and the law firm Nunziante Magrone on the 23rd June 2009. The meeting will be held in the Conference Room of the “Centro Espositivo e dei Servizi” of the International Chamber of Commerce in Chieti, via Fratelli Pomilio, 2.30pm-6pm, and it will be focused on the main aspects of the international credit protection. Speakers: Gianmatteo Nunziante (lawyer) for the contractual issues and Massimiliano Silvetti (lawyer) for the disputes related to the credit protection, a representative of the SACE – Insurance Services of the Foreign Commerce S.p.A. and an officer of the Arbitration Chamber of the Chieti’s ICC.
