Spanish firm Rodés & Sala Abogados and Italian practice NUNZIANTE Magrone have joined the European alliance headed by UK firm Nabarro. The move pushes the association to five members, with German firm GSK Stockmann & Kollegen and French outfit August & Debouzy also being existing members of the network. The expansion will see the alliance create shared practice groups, team up for joint training and marketing purposes. The firms have distanced themselves from a potential merger.
