The Court condemns Premafin and Mediobanca for the missed 2001 Opa

Sai, Mediobanca and Premafin had to found the Opa on Fondiaria. This didn’t happen, so a reimbursement is due to the ex partners. And the sentence was issued yesterday by the eighth section of the civil Court in Milan.
To sustain in Court the shareholders’ reasons was Nunziante Magrone law firm, supported by Deminor, attending to pick up and to defend the young partners’ interests. As for the sentence contents , the Court sustains that "Mediobanca had interest to make reach to helping hands the control on Fondiaria exercised by Montedison."
Sai, in its behalf, " it was not just interested to an aggregation" with Fondiaria, but also "to avoid that this could end in Toro Assicurazioni’s field."
