The missed Opa of you Know on Fondiaria ended with a maxi indemnification of 20 million euro in favour of Liverpool fund and of Fondiaria’s minor shareholders. In fact, the Court in Milan had condemned Premafin (controlled by Salvatore Ligresti) and Mediobanca, verifying their illegitimate behaviour.
