Livia Magrone Furiotti (photo) partner of “Nunziante Magrone” law firm, assisted successfully the concessionaires group of the urban address against a supposed abuse of  the dominant position of Italian Post Offices, consisting in the inclusion of anti-competitive clauses in the challenge procedure for the new postal services’ contract, opened to their participation. The Guarantor Authority Competition and Market (Agcm) ended the relative preliminary investigation, agreeing to the hired commitment of Italian Post Offices to call a new challenge procedure exempt from the signalled anti-competitive clauses. According to Agcm, the commitments are an appropriate tool to remove the anti-competitive profiles.
