Biography
Francesca Maria Tomeo is part of Nunziante Magrone’s competition law team, where she focuses primarily on antitrust and consumer protection matters.
Her practice involves proceedings concerning restrictive agreements, abuse of a dominant position and unfair commercial practices; among the matters she has worked on is a case concerning an alleged abuse of a dominant position in the Aviation sector.
She graduated in law from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, with a thesis on European Union law that underpins the area of law in which she now practises. She has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2026. She speaks both Italian and English.
She joined Nunziante Magrone in 2024 as a trainee in the Rome office, and in 2026 became an associate in the Milan office.
